Grace is magical. She is truly remarkable in every way. Her sessions are deeply profound and unlike anything I’ve experienced elsewhere. Because we’re so used to ‘this is how you grow, how you break down the wall, you build resistance, you lift weights, because that’s what I need to do” But hypnotherapy is different, You’ll feel an emotional grittiness, but there’s also a sense of calm, you actually get relaxed. And I think there’s something magical about that. And there’s truth to that.

I like working with Grace specifically because just like anything, in my life, what’s possible for me, what needs to be unshackled and unlayered so that I’m flying into the existence of what I’m meant to do here. That’s also the beautiful thing about hypnotherapy. Not only are you doing the deep work, but it doesn’t feel like work. You actually get to feel ease and I think there’s something beautiful about this idea of ease and growth at the same time. I actually don’t want to just eat the plant, I want to know where it was grown. I want to know what soil it was in. Same with people.  I want to know their deep, deep why and sense of purpose and whatever they’re doing, if I’m going to engage and receive healing from someone. I need to know they’re super authentic and actually pure to the core. And I believe Grace is totally that.
